The institution that you choose will then approach KMRC for refinancing your home loan

The same institution will also provide you with guidance on collateral, credit terms, repayment plan etc.

We encourage interested applicants to do a survey of a few of the participating institutions to find out terms and conditions, application procedure, interest rates to enable you make an informed decision on which institution to work with
